About Jo Watson - Personal Trainer

I have always been active and have been interested in health and nutrition for as long as I can remember. As a keen distance runner, gym goer and hula-hooper I can’t sit still for long; I love the adrenaline rush I get from moving my body and seeing results. Once I started a family, I decided to move away from my career in the city and devote my time to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. I am so passionate about having a healthy body and a healthy mind I would really love my enthusiasm to inspire others to feel the same. 
 

Having come from a demanding working environment and now having two energetic young boys, I also fully understand the different challenges and demands that life can put on you and how hard it is to get that balance of work, family and healthy living right. I believe I can help you achieve the optimum balance for you.
 

With a specific personal interest in good quality family nutrition, pre and postnatal fitness and having fun, I feel like I can help you achieve results so that you can be the best version of yourself. Most importantly, I can ensure you will enjoy your journey getting to where you want to be, and you will achieve even more than you believe you are capable of. Anything is possible.  

Qualifications:

  • REP's Personal Trainer Level 3

  • Active IQ Level 3 certificate in Personal Training

  • Active IQ Level 2 certificate in Fitness Instructing

  • BNF certificate in healthy eating and nutrition

  • Active IQ Pre & Postnatal Exercise & Nutrition

I can create a bespoke fitness plan for your personal requirements, but some of my areas of specialty include: 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Start your fitness journey today, whether you want to lose weight, get fit, gain muscle, get stronger or achieve any goal, we can reach your target together

Join one of my postnatal classes and meet other mums. Fully qualified postnatal class instructor.  Weekly classes take place on Wednesdays at 10.30am at Letchworth Sports & Tennis club.

Motivated by working out with more people?  Either join an existing class or group or we can create one

POSTNATAL FITNESS
GROUP TRAINING

There is a range of flexible training options to choose from with, including working out of a gym, outdoors, at home or even virtually.

I can assist you in putting together a  nutritional plan to help provide more energy, drive healthy eating or achieve other fitness goals

I am based in Hertfordshire but happy to travel if needed and can work around your own schedule to find times that suit to train.
